1. CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS

Custom orders are great to work with. You actually may order something similar to what you see in our shop or choose from the items that have been sold, then we discuss the possibilities, price and terms of such an order.
What we like even more and propose you to get involved in – is to order something that will be about you or somebody you want to gift it with. This kind of interaction is based totally on trust and perception. There is and there will be no such an item ever and often we are surprised of the way and look of it when it appears from the kiln. Terms, price and conditions can be discussed in the messages.
In both cases, after we have done a custom item we create a personal listing for you to decide whether to buy it or not.

2. SIZING DETAILS
If you like the product but want a different size, colour or other customization, or many ornaments, please contact me, I welcome to help! In this case, the price may vary.

3. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
If the surface was formed some strong dirt, you can take a moistened sponge, or better yet a napkin with baby soap.
As a result of delivery the arrangement may get slightly flattened, it should be smoothed out by hands.

4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS,PLEASE READ
• All my products are safe for children, but some of them contain small parts and should not be given to young children. Children under three years old should be supervised to avoid choking.
• The colours may vary due to monitor colour settings.
• The product may be slightly different from the previous one but will be most similar to the photo. May be some very small difference because all products are unique.

5. I HAVE NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT .CAN I PAY WITH CREDIT CARD?
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, however no PayPal account is required. To pay by credit card, please follow the steps below:
1. Click “Pay with PayPal” at the end of the checkout process.
2. Now you are at PayPal. Click “Continue” to pay with a credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
3. Enter your credit card and personal info. Click “Review Order and Continue.”
4. Review your order. If everything is correct, Click “Pay (dollar amount) Now.”

6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Usually, we ship by airmail with tracking number, if you need faster delivery – contact me.
I’ll do my best to meet shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Please note that during holidays and sales seasons, delivery times may be longer due to mail load.
